Mada is a member of the Assembly of Nihilo and one of the guards the Demi-fiend encounters at the Diet Building. After the Demi-fiend defeats Surt, Mada speaks up to voice his interest in him and announces his plans to toy with him. Eventually, Mada appears before the Demi-fiend to halt his progress, satisfied with what he has seen of him, and attacks him. He is defeated soon after, however.
