In Greek Mythology, Moros is the child of Nyx. Some accounts have his father as Erebus, while Hesiod's version has Nyx as the sole parent, with no male parent. Moros is a god of death and doom whose word is inevitable and unavoidable.

Moros takes the form of a steel automaton with one arm and two legs, appearing to be made up of dreidels with numbers at the top. There are hieroglyphs in its midriff, possibly a calendar. It lights up with flashing numbers when used in battle.

Trivia
Since there is no way to get Moros into the player's stock in Persona 3, it does not have an official Compendium background entry written for it. However, if it is hacked into the player's stock it is possible to see it has an untranslated Compendium entry simply stating "未使用(ストレガ専用につき)," which roughly translates to "Not used (for Strega only)." Moros, Hypnos, and Medea, all have this text set as their Compendium entries.
