Hatsudai is a location in Giten Megami Tensei: Tokyo Revelation and part of Tokyo. It is directly based on the real-world Hatsudai, a district in Shibuya, Tokyo.
Hatsudai Shelter is the the first location Ayato Katsuragi visits, as it is the place where he and his friends live, but after certain events he's forced to leave the shelter and explore Tokyo in order to revive a friend who he lost.
