The Panagia, also called the Goddess of Creation, is a concept and race in Shin Megami Tensei V.
Profile
The Goddesses of Creation, also referred to as the Panagia, are type of deity within the universe of Shin Megami Tensei V with a metaphysical connection to the Throne of Creation and the Mandala System. Their appearance signals the end of the rule of the Nahobino that currently holds the Throne of Creation and the beginning of a new ruler taking their place. They are driven to select a Nahobino who they then guide to the Empyrean so they may recreate and rule the universe as they choose.

Upon being killed by Lahmu, Tao hears the voice of Amitabha encouraging her to awaken to her true power, which she then uses to save the Nahobino by sacrificing her own life.
Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance
Yoko Hiromine is revealed to be a Goddess of Creation that first awoke to her powers 18 years prior to the events of the game. The Creator saw this as a threat to his rule and sealed Yoko inside Shakan to use her power as the fuel for the Shekinah Glory.
