Amatsu Mikaboshi is a Demon in the Megami Tensei franchise.

Profile

Origin

Amatsu Mikaboshi, also known as Ama-tsu-mika-hoshi, Ame no Kagase-wo , Ame-no-Kagase-o, or Kagaseo, is a star god that appears in the Nihon Shoki.
He is referenced as a rebellious god who refused submission by Take-Mikazuchi and Futsunushi. The two sent Take-ha-dzuchi no Mikoto to subdue him.
In some myths, he was born from Kagutsuchi’s blood and is identified with the planet Venus.

Design

Mikaboshi’s Devil Summoner: Raidou Kuzunoha vs. King Abaddon appearance bears a heavy resemblance to Amaterasu’s Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne design. He wears a headpiece resembling the planet Venus.

Raidou Kuzunoha vs. King Abaddon	Also called Ameno-kagaseoh, he is considered an evil god for refusing to follow the other Amatsu gods. He is said to have also refused to submit to Take-mikazuchi and Futsunushi's rule.

Mikaboshi is imprisoned in the Confinement Chambers on the 666th floor. He must be defeated to obtain the Shukukon-Seki, a material required to fuse the Youmetsutou needed to damage Apollyon.

If Raidou is Chaos or Neutral aligned, he becomes available for fusion upon defeat.
